Sunday, March the 26th: NW energy will be coming in from 280 degrees with surf running shoulder to head high with 14 second periods around WNW facing breaks. SSW facing breaks are looking at surf running ankle to knee high from 198 degrees with 16 second periods.

Monday, March the 27th: Look for a decrease in NNW energy from yesterday. NW energy will be coming in from 284 degrees with surf running chest to shoulder high with 13 second periods around WNW facing breaks. We're also looking at an increase in SSW energy. SSW facing breaks are looking at surf running knee to waist high from 197 degrees with 16 second periods.

Tuesday, March the 28th: Our call is for an increase in NNW energy compared to yesterday. NW energy will be coming in from 286 degrees with surf running 1 foot overhead to 2 feet overhead with 9 second periods around WNW facing breaks. SSW energy is looking similar to yesterday. SSW facing breaks are looking at surf running knee to waist high from 196 degrees with 15 second periods.

Wednesday, March the 29th: We're expecting a decrease in NNW energy. NW energy will be coming in from 284 degrees with surf running shoulder to head high with 18 second periods around WNW facing breaks. SSW energy is looking similar to yesterday. SSW facing breaks are looking at surf running knee to waist high from 203 degrees with 17 second periods.

Thursday, March the 30th: We're expecting an increase in NNW energy. NW energy will be coming in from 284 degrees with surf running head to 1 foot overhead with 16 second periods around WNW facing breaks. SSW energy is looking similar to yesterday.
