Friday, January the 18th: NW energy will be coming in from 280 degrees with surf running 2 feet overhead to 3 feet overhead with 16 second periods around WNW facing breaks. SSW facing breaks are looking at surf running ankle to knee high from 213 degrees with 17 second periods.

Saturday, January the 19th: Look for a decrease in NNW energy from yesterday. NW energy will be coming in from 280 degrees with surf running 1 foot overhead to 2 feet overhead with 15 second periods around WNW facing breaks. We're also looking at an increase in SSW energy. SSW facing breaks are looking at surf running knee to waist high from 214 degrees with 16 second periods.

Sunday, January the 20th: We're expecting a decrease in NNW energy. NW energy will be coming in from 281 degrees with surf running waist to chest high with 13 second periods around WNW facing breaks. SSW energy is looking similar to yesterday. SSW facing breaks are looking at surf running knee to waist high from 196 degrees with 16 second periods.

Monday, January the 21st: Our call is for an increase in NNW energy compared to yesterday. NW energy will be coming in from 290 degrees with surf running chest to shoulder high with 12 second periods around WNW facing breaks. SSW energy is looking similar to yesterday. SSW facing breaks are looking at surf running knee to waist high from 189 degrees with 15 second periods.

Tuesday, January the 22nd: We're expecting an increase in NNW energy. NW energy will be coming in from 287 degrees with surf running shoulder to head high with 11 second periods around WNW facing breaks. We're also looking at a decrease in SSW energy. SSW facing breaks are looking at surf running ankle to knee high from 190 degrees with 14 second periods.

Wednesday, January the 23rd: Look for a decrease in NNW energy from yesterday. NW energy will be coming in from 280 degrees with surf running knee to waist high with 10 second periods around WNW facing breaks. SSW energy is looking similar to yesterday. SSW facing breaks are looking at surf running ankle to knee high from 209 degrees with 15 second periods.
