Wednesday, January the 17th: NW energy will be coming in from 280 degrees with surf running head to 1 foot overhead with 15 second periods around WNW facing breaks. SSW facing breaks are looking at surf running knee to waist high from 186 degrees with 15 second periods.

Thursday, January the 18th: Look for a decrease in NNW energy from yesterday. NW energy will be coming in from 280 degrees with surf running shoulder to head high with 14 second periods around WNW facing breaks. We're also looking at an increase in SSW energy. SSW facing breaks are looking at surf running waist to chest high from 188 degrees with 14 second periods.

Friday, January the 19th: Our call is for an increase in NNW energy compared to yesterday. NW energy will be coming in from 283 degrees with surf running 2 feet overhead to 3 feet overhead with 18 second periods around WNW facing breaks. We're also looking at a decrease in SSW energy. SSW facing breaks are looking at surf running knee to waist high from 188 degrees with 13 second periods.

Saturday, January the 20th: We're expecting a decrease in NNW energy. NW energy will be coming in from 281 degrees with surf running 1 foot overhead to 2 feet overhead with 15 second periods around WNW facing breaks. We're also looking at a decrease in SSW energy. SSW facing breaks are looking at surf running ankle to knee high from 188 degrees with 13 second periods.

Sunday, January the 21st: Look for a decrease in NNW energy from yesterday. NW energy will be coming in from 285 degrees with surf running chest to shoulder high with 8 second periods around WNW facing breaks. SSW energy is looking similar to yesterday. SSW facing breaks are looking at surf running ankle to knee high from 191 degrees with 14 second periods.

Monday, January the 22nd: We're expecting a decrease in NNW energy. NW energy will be coming in from 283 degrees with surf running waist to chest high with 13 second periods around WNW facing breaks. SSW energy is looking similar to yesterday. SSW facing breaks are looking at surf running ankle to knee high from 208 degrees with 16 second periods.
